There have been some really mixed results with Collect+. I've been fine both ways (except for a smashed bottle). I hope you can sort it over the phone. Don't tell them it's got beer in it though, we're not supposed to send glass and we do it at our own risk (which shouldn't affect it getting there and back). My fingers are crossed for you!! It's a shame some of the collect plus stuff has gone a bit wrong, it had great promise! I have got a list of couriers to contact regarding the next one so fingers crossed we can find something a similar price but with less hastle. Bugger!
